Our Store return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

No returns after 10 days from purchase on lumber, plywood, sheetrock.

No returns on bags of concrete.

No returns after 30 days on all other products or services.

All returns subject to restock charge.

ALL DELIVERED/PICKED UP ITEMS SUBJECT TO FREIGHT CHARGES AND RESTOCK CHARGES.

All returns require a receipt for proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items & Special Order (nonstock) items

Sale items and Special Order items are not returnable. That means any item special ordered for you that is not stock is not returnable.

Online Orders

Ordering items online is for your convenience. Online prices and cart check-out totals may not include current prices on each item ordered. All orders subject to additional charges such as tax and shipping.
